ARB Application Information

Click here to Download an Application

Once a homeowner submits a completed application (meaning all necessary paperwork is completely filled out and initial additional documentation is provided) the Board will make a decision on that application within thirty (30) days of the date the completed application is submitted.

With regards to fences.  effective today, February  2021, the new rules

as they apply to fences are as follows:

• 2’ Clearance for utility boxes, drain inlets, drainage swales or other easements (if there are not easements, then the app should state this fact).

• 2' Clearance from SHARED side and SHARED rear lot lines.

• Fence color must be White.

• Fence height is capped at 4’ in the front and 5’ along the sides and rear so long as the side/rear is not higher than the front

• If the easement (utility box) is inside the lot, the ARB will review for an exception on a case-by-case basis.

• Homeowner is prohibited from enclosing utility boxes and drain inlets or installing fencing in a drainage swale.

• Pre-existing fences are grandfathered under the previous fence rule. However, if at any time a fence has to be replaced, a new application will be required and the fence rules at the time of the application will need to be adhered to.

• 6” clearance from fence bottom to ground.
